Head - Tour Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Tour Management to oversee and elevate our visitor experience initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive tour programs that showcase our company's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique offerings within the gems and jewellery sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic tour management plans to enhance visitor engagement and brand perception.
- Design and curate engaging tour routes and narratives that highlight our company's history, expertise, and product showcases.
- Manage all aspects of tour operations, including scheduling, logistics, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Train and lead a team of tour guides, ensuring high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align tour experiences with promotional campaigns and business objectives.
- Develop and manage the tour management budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
- Gather and analyze visitor feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Ensure all tours comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including tourism boards and hospitality partners, to expand outreach and opportunities.
