Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head - Tour Management to oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel and logistics for our investment professionals and portfolio company executives. This role requires meticulous planning, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
• Coordinate travel schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize disruption for our team and guests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
• Manage travel budgets, process expense reports, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide on-the-ground support and assistance to travelers as needed.
• Stay updated on travel policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Assist with event planning and logistics for company-related meetings and conferences.
