Head - Training & Development (1-2 Yrs) role in IT Services

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Head - Training & Development with 1-2 years of experience, holding an M.Des degree, to join our team in Lucknow. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our IT services workforce. You will leverage your design thinking and user-centric approach to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals and the evolving needs of the IT services industry.
- Design and create innovative learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions, considering user experience and engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in training and development, particularly within the IT sector.
