Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials relevant to the Animation & VFX industry, adapting pharmaceutical training methodologies where applicable.
- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules for employees at all levels.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
