Head - Training & Development

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Training & Development to lead our talent development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the skills and capabilities of our workforce, ensuring alignment with Sula Vineyards' strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs within the FMCG or beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic training and development plan that addresses organizational needs and supports business goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across various functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and retail.
• Identify training needs through performance appraisals, feedback, and consultation with department heads.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and talent development.
• Develop and mentor a team of trainers and learning specialists.
• Foster a learning culture throughout the organization.
