Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Training & Development to lead and oversee all training initiatives across our Indian operations. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and align with the company's strategic objectives within the luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic training and development roadmap for the organization.
- Design and implement a wide range of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, customer service excellence, and compliance training.
- Oversee the creation of training materials, modules, and e-learning content.
- Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and gaps.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
- Lead and mentor the training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure all training initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
