Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head - Training & Development to lead our learning and development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping the talent and capabilities of our workforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous growth. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that cater to the evolving needs of our employees, with a specific focus on leveraging legal expertise for compliance and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic training and development roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Design and deliver innovative learning programs, workshops, and digital content for various employee levels.
- Assess training needs across the organization and identify skill gaps.
- Manage and mentor a team of training professionals.
- Oversee the budget and resources allocated for training and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in training content and delivery.
- Leverage your LLM knowledge to develop specialized training modules on legal tech, regulatory compliance, and ethical considerations in AI.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
