Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - Training & Development. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate looking to kickstart a career in corporate training and development within the dynamic food processing sector. You will support the implementation of training programs, assist in needs analysis, and contribute to the overall learning and development initiatives of our Ludhiana facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying training needs across various departments within the food processing unit.
Support the design and development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring timely communication to participants.
Assist in the delivery of training programs, potentially facilitating smaller sessions.
Collect and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain training records and manage the learning management system (LMS) as required.
Support in the development of employee onboarding programs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate training and development, particularly within the food industry.
