Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for employees across all levels, focusing on technical skills, safety protocols, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engaging and effective delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in training and development, particularly within the Iron & Steel sector.
- Assist in the development of career pathing and succession planning.
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy by promoting a learning culture and employee engagement.
