Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level professional to join our team in Nasik. This role is designed for individuals with a BBA/BBM degree and 0-1 years of experience, looking to contribute to health and wellness initiatives within a large petrochemical corporation. You will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of various health and fitness programs aimed at employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of employee wellness events, workshops, and health drives.
- Assist in gathering data and preparing reports on health and fitness program participation and outcomes.
- Help coordinate with external vendors and service providers for fitness activities and health screenings.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials to promote health and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain records and databases related to employee health and fitness activities.
- Conduct basic research on emerging trends in corporate wellness and fitness.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Wellness departments.
