Role Summary: The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and wellness programs for Havells India Ltd. employees. This role aims to promote a healthy work environment, enhance employee well-being, and reduce health-related absenteeism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive health and wellness initiatives, including fitness challenges, stress management workshops, and nutritional guidance.
- Organize and promote on-site health screenings, flu shot clinics, and other preventive health services.
- Collaborate with external vendors and healthcare providers to deliver specialized wellness programs.
- Develop communication strategies to raise awareness about wellness programs and encourage employee participation.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of wellness programs, including participation rates, health outcomes, and ROI.
- Manage the wellness budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on current health and wellness trends and best practices.
