Role Summary: We are seeking a Health Informatics professional to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of health-related data strategies within our automotive component manufacturing environment. This role will involve leveraging data to improve employee well-being, occupational health, and safety initiatives, aligning with our commitment to a healthy and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze health and safety data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain databases for occupational health records and employee wellness programs.
• Design and implement informatics solutions to support health monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, EHS, and other departments to integrate health data into business processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Indian laws) for health information.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize health metrics for management.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies in health informatics.
