Role Summary: The Health Informatics Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing health-related data within the organization, focusing on improving health outcomes and operational efficiency. This role bridges the gap between healthcare data and technological solutions, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and actionable insights for JSPL's employee health and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain health information systems and databases.
- Analyze health data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, if applicable, or Indian data protection laws).
- Collaborate with HR, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and IT departments to integrate health data into broader organizational strategies.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate health metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and manage health informatics tools and software.
- Provide training and support to users of health information systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in health informatics and relevant technologies.
