Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Health Informatics professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of data management, analysis, and its application in the agricultural sector. This role focuses on leveraging health informatics principles to improve data-driven decision-making related to worker health, environmental monitoring, and sustainable agricultural practices within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain databases for health and safety information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze health data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement in occupational health and safety programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., agronomists, HR, safety officers) to integrate health informatics insights into operational strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards for key health and safety metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and data privacy regulations.
- Support the collection, validation, and management of data related to environmental impact and worker well-being.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the use of technology for health monitoring and risk assessment in agricultural settings.
