We are seeking a creative and analytical Health Informatics Specialist with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial in designing and implementing user-friendly informatics solutions that enhance healthcare data management and usability. You will work at the intersection of design thinking and healthcare data to create intuitive interfaces and workflows for our clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex healthcare data requirements into intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for informatics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, healthcare professionals) to define user needs and system functionalities.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for health informatics tools and dashboards.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and design of new health informatics products and services.
- Ensure designs adhere to healthcare regulations and accessibility standards.
- Analyze existing healthcare workflows and propose design-led improvements for data capture and utilization.
