Health Informatics Specialist

Role Summary: Prana Studios is seeking a Health Informatics Specialist to manage and analyze health-related data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and supporting employee wellness initiatives within our creative environment. This role bridges the gap between health data management and the unique operational needs of an animation and VFX studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems and databases.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant health data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA if applicable to international clients, and Indian data protection regulations).

Analyze health data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving employee health and safety programs.

Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to implement health initiatives and track their effectiveness.

Generate reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

Provide training and support to staff on health informatics systems and procedures.

Stay updated with advancements in health informatics and relevant technologies.
