Health Informatics Specialist

Role Summary: The Health Informatics Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing health-related data within our facility management operations. This role ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizes healthcare service delivery, and supports data-driven decision-making for our clients. You will work closely with facility managers, healthcare providers, and IT teams to maintain accurate health records and implement informatics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage electronic health records (EHR) and other health-related databases.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, local Indian regulations).

Analyze health data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in facility health services.

Develop and implement informatics strategies to support health and safety protocols within managed facilities.

Generate reports and dashboards for management and clients on health metrics and service performance.

Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, maintenance, and integration of health informatics tools.

Provide training and support to staff on health informatics systems and data management best practices.

Stay updated with advancements in health informatics and relevant healthcare regulations.
