Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer - Fire & Injury Prevention

Role Summary: The HSE Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs focused on preventing fire hazards and minimizing workplace injuries within Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' Indian facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, hazard control, and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fire prevention strategies and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential fire and injury hazards.
• Investigate all fire incidents and workplace injuries, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees, focusing on fire safety, first aid, and injury prevention.
• Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports and training logs.
• Collaborate with facility management and cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Manage and maintain fire safety equipment and first aid supplies.
