Health & Wellness Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health & Wellness Coordinator to ensure the well-being of our cast and crew during film and event productions. This role involves managing on-set health protocols, coordinating medical support, and promoting a healthy work environment within the fast-paced entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement on-set health and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
* Coordinate with production managers to schedule on-site medical personnel (nurses, paramedics) as needed.
* Manage first-aid stations, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available.
* Provide basic first aid and emergency response in case of injuries or medical emergencies on set.
* Liaise with local healthcare providers for any necessary medical consultations or treatments for cast and crew.
* Monitor the health and well-being of cast and crew, identifying potential health risks and implementing preventive measures.
* Organize health awareness programs and provide information on maintaining physical and mental well-being during demanding production schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of medical incidents, treatments, and health-related expenses.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
* Assist in managing any health-related logistics for talent and crew, including travel health advisories.
