Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a specialized role within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain, leveraging our core strengths in petrochemicals and plastics. This position will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions at the intersection of our material science expertise and the evolving needs of the healthcare and life sciences industries in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the petrochemical/plastics market and the healthcare/life sciences landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and evaluate emerging trends, market gaps, and opportunities within the Indian healthcare and life sciences sectors where RIL's petrochemical and plastic products and expertise can provide innovative solutions.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate and grow market share in the healthcare and life sciences segments.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, research institutions, and regulatory bodies.
* Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to conceptualize and drive the creation of new materials, products, and applications tailored for healthcare and life sciences applications.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to commercialization.
* Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and technological advancements relevant to the healthcare and life sciences industries in India.
* Contribute to the development of RIL's long-term strategy for the healthcare and life sciences sector.
