Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. This role will focus on driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. You will be instrumental in shaping our offerings and ensuring successful project outcomes, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of our HLS business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical, aligning with market trends and client needs.
Lead client engagements, understanding their challenges and proposing innovative technology-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, product) to define service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in HLS.
Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, presentations, and industry forums.
Ensure successful project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
