Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team in a unique role bridging the real estate and healthcare/life sciences sectors. This position will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advising on investment opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences real estate landscape in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both real estate investment principles and the dynamics of the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for healthcare and life sciences real estate projects across India.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, R&D centers, and other related healthcare infrastructure.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential real estate investments in the sector.
- Structure and negotiate investment deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk appetite.
- Monitor and manage existing investments, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the healthcare and life sciences real estate market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and industry stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
