Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our company's helicopter, ensuring timely and secure transportation for our executive team and clients, particularly in the context of supporting our NBFC operations and potentially for aerial surveys or quick site visits. This role requires a high level of professionalism, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to handle diverse operational scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a helicopter for executive transport, client visits, and potential operational support missions within India.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, post-flight checks, and ensure all aircraft maintenance logs are accurately maintained.
- Plan flight routes, considering weather conditions, air traffic control, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness during flight operations.
- Coordinate with ground crew, air traffic control, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Manage fuel consumption and flight planning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations with calmness and decisiveness.
