Helicopter Pilot

Role Summary:
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Helicopter Pilot to provide safe, efficient, and reliable air transportation for senior management and critical personnel. The pilot will be responsible for all aspects of flight operations, ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards and company policies. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, a strong understanding of aviation regulations, and the ability to operate in diverse weather conditions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company-owned or leased helicopters for executive transport, medical evacuation, and other company-related missions.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, weather briefings, and flight planning to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain detailed flight logs and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the helicopter and its equipment are maintained in excellent operational condition.
- Adhere to all applicable aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage fuel, maintenance schedules, and operational costs effectively.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally, implementing appropriate emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with passengers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation technologies, regulations, and best practices.
- Coordinate with ground support, air traffic control, and other aviation professionals.
