We are seeking a qualified Hematologist with 3-5 years of experience, holding a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, to join our team in Surat. The Hematologist will play a crucial role in supporting employee wellness programs and ensuring compliance with health regulations within our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary health assessments and screenings for employees, focusing on hematological parameters.
Interpret basic blood test results and provide recommendations for further medical consultation or intervention.
Assist in developing and implementing employee wellness initiatives, including educational materials on blood health.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
Collaborate with HR and external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive employee health support.
Stay updated on relevant health regulations and best practices in occupational health.
