Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven High Performance Analyst with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for optimizing our operational efficiency and driving performance improvements across our logistics network. You will leverage advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify bottlenecks, predict future trends, and recommend actionable strategies. This position is ideal for individuals with 2-5 years of post-doctoral experience who are passionate about solving complex problems in the fast-paced logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drivers of operational efficiency within the courier and logistics network.
Develop and implement predictive models to forecast demand, optimize routing, and minimize delivery times.
Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and propose data-backed solutions.
Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of proposed operational changes.
Collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to translate analytical insights into tangible improvements.
Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and operations research relevant to the logistics sector.
