High Performance Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented High Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement and drive strategic decision-making within Tanishq Jewellery. This role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence tools and a passion for optimizing business outcomes in the fast-paced gems and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer purchasing patterns to identify key drivers of success and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising) to implement performance enhancement strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
