High Performance Analyst - Clinical Research / Contract Research (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented High Performance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing research and development processes within the clinical research and contract research domain. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data to enhance operational efficiency and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to clinical trial operations, research projects, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within research processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, scientists, data managers) to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance research productivity and data quality.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to forecast project timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for management and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs in all analytical activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve analytical methodologies and tools.
