High Performance Analyst role in Printing & Publishing (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented High Performance Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Des degree who is passionate about understanding and optimizing performance within the printing and publishing domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to enhanced operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze performance metrics related to printing processes, publishing workflows, and operational efficiency.

Collect and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.

Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with design, production, and editorial teams to understand their challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

Assist in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness.

Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analysis and reporting.
