We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Hindi Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Tech/B.E. background who possess a strong command of the Hindi language and a passion for teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for imparting Hindi language education to our employees, fostering a deeper understanding of the language and its cultural significance within the context of our operations in the agrochemical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons tailored to adult learners with diverse educational backgrounds, including those with technical degrees.
Design curriculum and teaching materials that align with the company's objectives and the specific needs of employees in the Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals industry.
Assess student progress through various methods, including assignments, quizzes, and interactive sessions.
Create a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and language acquisition.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their Hindi speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate learners with a B.Tech/B.E. background, emphasizing practical application and relevant vocabulary.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand training needs and ensure effective language program delivery.
