Hindi Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Hindi Teacher to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in law (LLB) who possesses strong Hindi language proficiency and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for developing and delivering Hindi language training programs to our employees, ensuring they meet the communication needs of our diverse client base, particularly within the BPO/Call Centre environment. This position requires 1-4 years of experience in a similar role or a related field where teaching or training was a significant component.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Hindi language curriculum tailored for business communication, focusing on spoken and written Hindi relevant to customer service interactions.
- Conduct engaging and effective Hindi language training sessions for employees at various skill levels.
- Develop training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, assessments, and supplementary resources.
- Evaluate employee progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- Stay updated with best practices in language teaching and adult education.
- Collaborate with HR and Training departments to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Utilize legal knowledge to explain nuances of language and communication, particularly in contexts requiring precision and clarity.
