Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Agency Manager to join our growing team at MyGameDay in Bangalore. This role is crucial for managing and nurturing relationships with our sports agencies and partners, ensuring smooth operations and driving growth within the sports ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sports, excellent communication skills, and a technical aptitude, ideally with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with sports agencies, clubs, and facility providers.
- Onboard new partners and ensure they effectively utilize the MyGameDay platform.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the tech team for resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the sports tech space.
- Organize and facilitate partner meetups and training sessions.
