Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Allergist / Immunologist with an M.Com degree to join our team in Surat. This role will focus on understanding and managing the immunological aspects related to textile manufacturing and employee health, leveraging financial and analytical skills from an M.Com background to contribute to operational efficiency and compliance. This is an entry-level position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct preliminary assessments and maintain records of potential allergic reactions or immunological concerns among employees in relation to textile processes and materials.
2. Assist in developing and implementing protocols for managing workplace allergens and ensuring a safe working environment.
3. Collaborate with HR and Safety officers to integrate health and safety measures into operational planning.
4. Utilize M.Com knowledge to analyze data related to employee health, absenteeism, and potential cost implications of health-related issues.
5. Support in the financial reporting and budgeting for employee health and wellness programs.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices in occupational health and immunology, particularly within the textile sector.
7. Prepare reports on health trends and recommend preventive measures to management.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
9. Assist in the procurement and management of necessary medical supplies and equipment for basic health screenings.
