Hiring: Associate / Consultant | Delhi | 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Associate / Consultant with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Delhi. This role will focus on enhancing our BPO service offerings through innovative design thinking, process optimization, and user experience improvements. You will be instrumental in translating complex business challenges into elegant and effective solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current BPO processes and identify areas for improvement using design thinking methodologies.
- Develop user journey maps, service blueprints, and process flows to visualize and optimize client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, client management) to implement design-led solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform service design and customer experience strategies.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and visual aids to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new service models and innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Ensure that all proposed designs and solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and design proposals to stakeholders at various levels.
