Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized ATM Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of ATMs within our hotel properties in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure ATM services for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ATM performance and availability across all designated locations in Bhubaneshwar.
- Coordinate with cash-in-transit vendors for timely cash replenishment and cash withdrawal.
- Oversee regular maintenance and troubleshooting of ATM hardware and software issues.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulatory requirements related to ATM operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to ATM transactions and services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on ATM usage, cash levels, downtime, and operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance ATM efficiency and customer satisfaction.
