We are seeking a meticulous and organized Back Office Operations professional with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Noida. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our back-office processes within the NBFC sector. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support our core business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, leveraging your MCA knowledge for data integrity checks.
• Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM and other internal systems with high accuracy.
• Assist in the generation of reports and MIS, utilizing your analytical skills developed during your MCA.
