Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of bankruptcy-related documents and petitions.

Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents related to insolvency and bankruptcy.

Support senior legal and finance teams in managing creditor claims and negotiations.

Help in the analysis of financial statements and asset valuations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bankruptcy proceedings.

Liaise with external legal counsel, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
