Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bankruptcy Specialist with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Petrochemical division in Vadodara. This role will involve supporting the legal and finance teams in managing and resolving bankruptcy-related matters within the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical aptitude and the ability to work with complex financial and legal data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of bankruptcy-related documentation.
- Conduct research on bankruptcy laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to the petrochemical industry.
- Analyze financial statements and company records to identify potential risks and liabilities.
- Support the legal team in claim management, proofs of debt, and creditor negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations departments, to gather necessary information.
- Monitor ongoing bankruptcy proceedings and provide regular updates to management.
- Help in drafting legal opinions and reports pertaining to insolvency and restructuring.
- Maintain organized records of all bankruptcy-related activities and documentation.
