Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Diploma in a relevant field to join our team as a Beauty & Personal Care Associate. This role is crucial for supporting our product development and quality assurance processes within the beauty and personal care segment. You will work closely with the R&D and production teams to ensure our products meet high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and development of new beauty and personal care products under the guidance of senior formulators.
- Conduct basic quality control tests on raw materials and finished products, maintaining detailed records.
- Support in preparing product samples for internal evaluation and external testing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards in the laboratory and production environment.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new ingredients in the beauty and personal care sector.
