Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages accurately when necessary.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide information about the company and its services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth visitor flow and address any needs.
- Uphold company policies and security procedures.
