Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated BI Administration professional with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Business Intelligence platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with report generation and analysis to support business decision-making within our accounting and auditing services. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide efficient BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor data sources and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements.
- Perform user access management and security administration for BI environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data policies.
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and provide insights for business improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
