Hiring: Billing Executive | Bhubaneshwar | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Executive with 2-4 years of experience and a strong analytical aptitude, ideally with an M.Des background to leverage design thinking in process optimization, to join our finance team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes within the electrical equipment manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate and timely invoices for a wide range of electrical products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Verify and reconcile billing data with sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery challans to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.

Process credit notes, debit notes, and other billing adjustments as per established procedures.

Liaise with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve billing-related queries and ensure smooth order-to-cash cycle.

Maintain organized and accurate billing records, both physical and digital.

Assist in the preparation of billing reports and analysis for management review.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing design-thinking-informed solutions.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements related to billing.
