We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bosun with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a strong understanding of product development, user experience, and design research within the FMCG sector. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and refining product designs, ensuring they meet both market needs and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from ideation to final product, focusing on user-centricity and market relevance for FMCG products.

Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify design opportunities and consumer insights.

Develop detailed design concepts, sketches, 3D models, and prototypes for new and existing products.

Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and successful product launches.

Translate design concepts into technical specifications and visual guidelines for production.

Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies in the FMCG industry.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
