Hiring: Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations | Ludhiana | 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our talent pipeline by establishing strong relationships with educational institutions and managing our campus recruitment initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a diploma and 2-3 years of experience in a related field to grow within the dynamic events and live entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from diploma colleges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and faculty at target institutions in and around Ludhiana.
- Organize and coordinate campus hiring drives, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR and event teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on campus hiring progress.
- Assist in organizing company-sponsored events or workshops on campus to enhance brand visibility.
