Hiring: Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations | Nasik | 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent from academic institutions across India for our operations, particularly in the Nasik region. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree and 1-3 years of experience looking to build a career in talent acquisition within the agrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges for campus recruitment initiatives.

Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and information sessions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies.

Represent the company professionally at campus events and build brand awareness among students.

Track and report on campus recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Assist in onboarding new campus recruits and facilitating their integration into the company.
