Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Captain / Restaurant Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will oversee restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff effectively, leveraging their unique legal background for compliance and ethical conduct within our social service environment. This role requires a blend of supervisory skills and an understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure availability of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of new service standards and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and operational updates.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Utilize legal knowledge to ensure adherence to labor laws, food safety regulations, and other relevant legal requirements impacting the establishment.
- Support management in policy enforcement and dispute resolution.
