Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to understand employees' career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
- Develop personalized career development plans, including skill-building workshops, training recommendations, and networking opportunities.
- Provide guidance on career progression paths within Deloitte, focusing on accounting and auditing specializations.
- Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and professional branding.
- Assist employees in identifying and leveraging internal mobility opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and career development best practices to provide relevant advice.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant business leaders to align career development initiatives with organizational needs.
- Maintain confidential records of coaching sessions and progress.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of career coaching programs.
