Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Category Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will hold any postgraduate degree and possess a strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization within the automotive sector. You will be instrumental in managing specific product categories, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing of automotive components and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while managing existing supplier relationships effectively.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within assigned categories.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable business outcomes.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Finance) to understand their requirements and ensure category alignment.
Manage inventory levels and ensure supply chain continuity for assigned categories.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing practices.
