Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect any unusual activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Record and document all observed incidents, providing clear and concise reports.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, following established security protocols.
- Conduct regular checks of CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a logbook of all activities, including system checks, incidents, and visitor logs.
- Collaborate with the security team and other departments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and confidentiality.
