Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with potential channel partners, referral sources, and key client segments.
• Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring clear communication and addressing their needs effectively.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing support for channel partners.
• Develop and implement client engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership and client acquisition.
• Prepare reports on partner performance and client feedback for management review.
